We are actively looking for an HVAC Service Technician to help deliver the level of workmanship and care our customers expect across Southern Illinois. In this role you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems; perform tune-ups and preventive maintenance; document work clearly; and communicate findings and options with homeowners in plain language. You will represent a family-owned company where safety, cleanliness, and doing the job right the first time are non-negotiable. We are open to experienced technicians as well as strong mechanical or electrical tradespeople who are eager to grow—we invest in training, manufacturer education, and the tools you need to succeed. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. EPA Universal (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
